We understand that needs can come up unexpectedly. While we ask for advance notice when possible, we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. Submit your request and we will check to see if a local student is available.

What to Expect

Scheduling & Cancellation

We want this to be simple and stress-free. Here is everything you need to know.

Students are scheduled for the number of hours you request. If you schedule 3 hours, the student is paid for 3 hours, even if the visit ends early. We recommend having a short list of extra tasks handy!

If you need to cancel, please notify Stunio at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. You can call, text, or email us.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the visit may be billed for the full scheduled time.

If a student does not arrive, you will never be charged. Please call us if a student is more than 15 minutes late so we can assist right away.
